Minimum Stay

• For mid-week stays, we do offer a limited number of single night reservations. Please contact us to inquire about single night availability or to be added to our waitlist.

Deposit

• To secure your reservation, we require 50% (taxes included) of payment at the time of booking, which will be charged to your card.

• The remainder of the fee will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time of reservation, when you arrive at check in.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your reservation after your card has been charged, we offer refunds only if we are able to refill your cancelled room.

• Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. Early departures or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are not eligible for refunds.

Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room(s), hotel premises, or property during their stay, whether by themselves or any in their party, regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel. The National Hotel reserves the right to charge your credit/debit card or collect cash to cover the costs incurred due to such damages.

• If damages are discovered after departure, you will be contacted to authorize payment for the necessary repairs or replacements, including property damage or missing items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, guest compensation, etc. We will try to address any damages internally before involving specialists to keep the costs to a minimum.
